Checklist of Identity proof:

• 100 Rs Bond
• PAN Card
• Passport
• Driving License/RC
• Bank A/C Passbook with Photo
• Photo Identity Card


Checklist of Residence proof:

• Water Bill.
• Gas connection.
• Service Tax/VAT Tax/Sales Tax registration certificate.
• Voter ID Card
• Latest Telephone Bill
• Latest Electricity Bill
• Latest Bank Statement
• Passport
• Driving License/RC
• Property Tax

Checklist which can be treated as Identity as well as Address proof are:

• Passport
• Driving License/RC
• Photo Identity Card (this is applicable only for govt users)
